Certification & Mass Production

What is your MOQ for power-tool battery packs?
Standard slide-on platforms (18V/20V) typically start at 500 pcs per SKU. Custom housing or new tooling programs may require 1,000+ pcs. Sample orders from 1 pc are welcome; sample fees credit against first production PO.
How fast can you deliver prototype samples?
Prototype samples are typically ready in 5–10 working days after requirements and cell selection are confirmed. Rush samples may be available for existing platform derivatives.
Do you support true 15C continuous discharge?
Yes. Our high-rate packs are engineered for 15C continuous discharge with matched low-IR cells, appropriate BMS thresholds, and thermal validation. We provide discharge curve data with every sample shipment.
Can you help with UL 2595 and IEC 62841 certification?
We maintain documentation paths for UL 2595 (cordless tool battery packs) and IEC 62841 (hand-held tools). Certification scope depends on your target market and whether you need full listing or component-level reports.
