QC process

6-stage pack quality control

Every production lot follows incoming cell inspection through aging and outgoing QC — with discharge validation at rated C-rate, not datasheet peaks.

Incoming Cell Inspection

Every cell batch: capacity check, internal resistance, and visual inspection. Cells outside spec are quarantined before welding.

IR Matching & Formation

Cells matched within 2 mΩ per parallel group. Formation cycling establishes baseline capacity bins for high C-rate tool loads.

Module Weld Validation

Spot-weld joints resistance-tested in-line. Tab design and foam compression tuned for drill and impact-driver vibration duty.

BMS Programming & Protection

Batch firmware, balancing calibration, and over-current / over-temperature thresholds verified against your discharge profile.

Pack Functional & Load Test

Full charge cycle, capacity verification, and discharge curve at rated C-rate. Sampled vibration and drop checks on production lots.

Aging & Outgoing QC

Aging at elevated temperature, final capacity within spec, connector torque, labeling, and UN38.3 documentation pack for shipment.
